Mat Pilates Classes

Our Mat Pilates sessions are based on simple principles – movement, alignment, and breathing.

Exercises are done on a mat and designed to work the whole body. You will focus on slow, controlled movements rather than force, helping to build strength safely.

We also use small equipment such as:

  • Soft balls
  • Resistance bands
  • Pilates rings
  • Foam rollers

These help either support your movements or gently challenge you, depending on your level.
