What can I say? After several years of pain, 9 sessions with Adam have restored my faith in recovery. Always professional, the treatment has worked like a charm and I have a new quality of life. For some months now, I've had physio sessions at the centre and the transformation and restored confidence have been immense thanks to Ms Prachi Shah who has been been taking care of me. I suffered a bad bout of sciatica leaving me unable to work and l could barely walk. Now, following several therapy sessions, I am almost a hundred percent restored and I'm grateful to this lady and the centre. Thank you all

I have had quite a few sessions with my neck shoulders & arms , due to arthritis . Lovely clean place staff very friendly . I had my physio with Joanna . I have now had steroid injections , do at the moment I’m pain free . I would highly recommend .

Everyone there is efficient and friendly, my physiotherapist was amazing and she helped nurse me back to health. Amazing service and would definitely recommend.
