Dr Paul Staker - Orthopaedic Physician
Dr Staker has worked with Gillingham Football Club, the British Olympic Medical Team, the England Volleyball Team and the Lawn Tennis Association. He is a Bupa recognised specialist  and holds evening clinics at The Physiotherapy Centre each week.

Anna Torikian - Sports Massage and Pilates Instructor, Affiliated to the Sports Massage Association
Anna combines her specialist knowledge in the areas of core stability and sports massage to add to our holistic approach to general wellbeing. She uses a variety of techniques to help prevent injury and accelerate the healing process which can help improve performance.  Sports Massage is a valuable, yet underused aid suitable to sportsmen and women of all abilities.

Emma Jury - Pilates Instructor
Emma qualified from the Pilates Institute in 2002 with a Pilates Matwork Diploma and went on to gain further qualifications in teaching exercise and fitness. She holds classes at The Physiotherapy Centre throughout the week and on Saturday mornings to help build core stability. Classes are kept small with only 4 patients in each class to ensure close supervision.
